Gavin loves playing in the sand at the beach digging huge holes, and now that we are in the throes of winter, having just received another 8 inches of snow, aside from sleds and a shovel, until now we didn’t really have any dedicated snow toys.
I could have kissed the UPS Delivery man when Wrecker the T-Rex Skid Loader from Educational Insights arrived on my doorstep for review yesterday. The timing could not have been any more perfect. You’ll see in the video I made below, Gavin had no idea what was in the package and he couldn’t contain his excitement. Suffering from some cabin fever, Gavin put Wrecker the T-Rex to the snow test instantly.
Wrecker is one of four different toys part of the Dinosaur Construction Company. Aside from the T-Rex, there are 3 others, Spike the Akylosaurus Steam Roller, T-Top the Triceratops Bulldozer and Boom the Brachiosaurus Backhoe.
Wrecker is not to heavy for Gavin to carry, but extremely durable and rugged. As you can see in the picture, Wrecker has a twisty tail, a mouth that opens and closes, and neck that moves up and down, plus awesome rolling treads that leave really cool prints in the snow. There’s even a small spot inside the cab where another toy driver could be placed. While we used Wrecker in the snow, it’s a great indoor play toy as well and I’m sure he’ll make a great addition to our beach bag this summer.
Hope you enjoy our video of Wrecker the T-Rex!

Jeremy would love T-Rex. It is something he would love to bring to the beach where we go everyday in the summer, but could also play in the snow.
Thanks!

My Nephew Loves The T-Rex!
T-Rex has always been a favorite. In part because I think he is so widely recognizable by children. Also because T-Rex seems to be more talked about than others.
