My favorite tradition is having a treasure hunt on Christmas morning for the kids. They follow clues, starting with notes under their pillows, on a course though the house that leads them to the first gift they get to open.
My favorite holiday tradition is reading the first Christmas from the Bible on Christmas morning together as a family before we open any gifts.
My favorite tradition. Well I have a few because I think it's a combination of things that make the holidays so special! Going to parades with family and the kids! The baking and crafting! Family night at the Christmas Train! Family meals together! Decorating the tree and house! Family movie nights!

Our family tradition is to eat seafood for each of the holiday meals for luck and prosperity. We keep this tradition that originated from Germany.
We used to have a community cookie swap tradition but the ring leader, my boyfriends' cousin, moved away. She was the baker among us.
