Mattel is Launching Santa’s Toy Factory At Nationwide Malls
Have you ever wanted to visit Santa’s Toy Factory?
It’s hard to believe that I have been sharing toys, tips and family fun for 8 years! During the holiday season I often get to share information about local events and family activities, as one of Santa’s insider elves!
Mattel, the toy company behind Barbie, Thomas and Friends, and Hot Wheels, is working with a few malls, nationwide, to bring kids an extra special, hands-on opportunity to play and design toys. So for those of you waiting to visit Santa’s Toy Factory, this may be your chance to visit one without having to take a sleigh ride to the North Pole!

Over the past few years with so many toy reviewers on YouTube, kid’s love to be toy testers and toy unboxers. At Santa’s Toy Factory, kid’s will get a chance to play with and digitally design toys featuring their favorite Mattel toy brands, while they wait for Santa. So get those camera’s ready for photos and videos to share their creations and holiday wish lists, too.
Santa’s Toy Factory is designed to empower creativity through an interactive, immersive experience to meet Santa. Within the 1,600 square-foot space, young guests will have the opportunity to “test” new toys in Santa’s Factory before they get delivered to all the boys and girls on Christmas morning. After they “test” the toys, they visit different stations to digitally design, build and paint toys from Mattel’s iconic brands including Barbie®, Hot Wheels®, and Thomas & Friends™. The grand finale, of course, will be meeting Santa himself for photos and to share their holiday wish list.
“We are proud to be partnering with Mattel to bring this new, one-of-a-kind holiday concept to life,” said Lorie Lisius, general manager of Parks at Arlington. “We are always looking for ways to introduce new brands and experiences to our community and can’t wait to showcase Santa’s Toy Factory this holiday season. We know our guests will embrace it.”
The experience with Santa’s Toy Factory is free-of-charge and photo packages begin at $39.99. To make reservations to ensure quicker access, please click HERE. If you’d like more information, please visit www.VisitSantasToyFactory.com.
