We saw this on the computer and my son was super excited about it. He loves Elmo!
Thought my daughter would love this as she loves her friend's tickle me Elmo. We got it for her 6 mos ago for Christmas. She was more interested in the cookie keyboard and has hardly played with Elmo. Whats worse, now that she has taken an interest in it it doesn't work anymore. ???? 6 months, little use and dead already? Disappointing
I'm sorry that you've had unfortunate luck, did you contact Hasbro? I would to let them know about what happened. My son goes through phases with it where he loves it for a few days, then doesn't it touch it for a bit. Just when I think he's not interested in it anymore, he seems to find it again. How old is your daughter? It does take a lot of batteries, are you sure your batteries are working properly?
