How many hours did you spend away from your family this past Thanksgiving holiday handwashing your China and real silver flatware? Mozaik has created a full 40 piece durable, heavy weight, plastic dinnerware set that includes service for eight with forks, knives, spoons, salad plates, and dinner plates. Even better, it has the look of real China and silverware, but does not require any of the cleaning and washing after dinner, so you can simply throw them away and spend time with your family.
I know many people would still prefer to use a real plates and their special occasion dinnerware during holiday events. Even still, how many of you want your children using your fine china and silverware during holiday meals? If you are looking for a way to be able to include your children at the “kids table” with a similar look of the “adult table” without the worry of them breaking the fine china, than this holiday season you may want to include the Mosaik plastic dinnerware set in your family events! That way the kids can even participate in the cleanup and they can throw their plates away all by themselves when they’re finished, instead of piling them up in the sink waiting for you to take care of them!
Included in the set that I reviewed was also one serving plastic serving bowl with a lid, two serving platters and three serving spoons and serving forks. Maybe using a full set of plastic dinnerware is not your thing, but we are all always looking for simple but elegant serving platters to transport our holiday goods!
ToyQueen.com will be giving away a Mozaik “Designing Spaces” prize pack that will include Mozaik´s new Service for 8 kit (full 40 piece set),
serving utensils, platter and bowl.

I’m not much for fancy. We just put a cheap plastic tablecloth down, put pot holders under hot pans and let everyone “come and get it!”
I set the table using our good dishes and scented candles for the centerpiece.

I like to use cranberries in the flower water for a festive centerpiece.
I like to find decorative items at antique stores to make the table scape unique
I like to have fresh flowers around my table and side tables.
Every guest always has their own personalized gift at the dinner table. Same 8 people and same menu every year. Our closest friends. Could not ask for a better day.
I use things from out in my yard to decorate the table – pine fir, pinecones, etc. It’s fun to decorate, it doesn’t cost a fortune, and it’s better for the environment than buying something at the store.

I have a Thanksgiving tablecloth with matching napkins. On top of that we place small ceramic turkeys, gourds, and scatter the table with cloth autumn leaves. Can’t put too much out as we need room for the food.
I usually do a holiday themed craft project with the kids, then use it as decoration for the table.
I like to bring in things from outside, pine cones, sticks, and make a centerpiece with it 🙂
I love to have fresh flowers as a centerpiece and coordinating napkins and plates.
Wow, I already knew my plates were old & lame, but I didn’t realize just HOW bad they were until now lol
We did something REALLY cool last year for Christmas. We have an old vintage kitchen table, the ones with the chrome legs & acrylic tops? I wanted to replace the top, so my husband had a piece of frosted plastic cut to fit. We put strings of battery operated Christmas lights in the space between the top & the underside of the table. It gave the table a glowy, frosty look. It was SO pretty! I’ve been wanting to put some pink lights in there lol
I am now following you on Twitter, name Leighbra 🙂
I just liked you on Facebook! 🙂
I use flowers and ferns from my yard as the centerpiece.
For a sparkly type festive table for Christmas make name card place cards with glitter and sequin glued to corrugated painted or colored cardboard with a little gimp edging that has sparkle thru it which can be gotten in any craft store. Make each guests name in a different color glitter on the card, this can be done by writing or printing their name in Glue(Elmers white will do) and then sprinkling your glitter over it, tap off the excess. For the table itself have a festive runner green and or red trimmed with the same gimp as the place cards. Place small stone colored river rock either in whitish colors or light colors along with clear or white marbles all over the table and around your dinner ware and place settings(well everywhere in general on the surface of the table without cluttering too much of it about then use the same gimp cord or larger size twisted and spiraled in pieces about 6-9 inches long places thru all the river rock and marbles. Centerpiece can be any flower arrangement or Santa or Manger scene or whatever you’d like.

I like using food to decorate my table. You can use squash and greens to make a centerpiece. You can use lemons, limes and oranges in a large vase to make a nice decorative piece. Using branches, twigs and pine cones also make great decorations.

We’re pretty cheap, we borrow my mom’s Thanksgiving stuff.
Wrap napkins around silverware and tie with a festive bow.
During the Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays we make fruit centerpeices and we also set up fake fruits and vegetables.
I like the idea of letting the kids create the centerpieces and or napkin rings. Thank you
My kids like to make glittery pine cone place card holders.
