Avengers Mask Giveaway

One of my personal favorite movies of the year was Marvel’s The Avengers. We rarely have time to see movies these days, but when when planning my content for About.com that included my favorite Avengers toys, we made sure we saw it in the theaters. I loved everything about the movie. The excitement and most of all those hilarious one-liners that made the movie far more enjoyable for adults than it did for the kids in the movie theater that day.

Hasbro created a significant amount of role play toys for the release of the movie. These included action figures, as well as various games, costumes and masks.

The masks include characters such as Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, and Thor. The Lizard and Spider-Man are also available from The Amazing Spider-Man movie as well. The masks retail for about $9.99.

On the day of hurricane Sandy, the Hulk role play mask arrived on my doorstep. It was perfect timing, right before Halloween and petty indicative of the windy and rainy craziness happening outside my living room window. On Halloween I brought the mask with me to work, wore a green shirt and black pants, and had myself an instant costume. The kids loved it and for less than $10 it was perfect for the occasion.
