Skylanders Giants Printables & Writing Materials (Giveaway)

I sit in meetings all day long with teachers and parents who struggle to get children to initiate and enjoy writing activities. As we often attempt to focus them back on the “academics” of what’s going on in the classroom, they continue to let us know that their interests aren’t always in alignment with those dreaded common core standards.
These days superheroes and games like Skylanders are a huge motivational source for children. So let’s face it, sometimes in order to get children to feel passionate and enthusiastic about activities that are hard for them, disguising it in the form of their favorite characters is a win-win for everyone. So though I’m not sure entire classes will be utilizing these fun new Skylanders materials at the same time as an added feature to the curriculum, parents and tutors who will be looking for some fun summer activities that keep kids reading and answering comprehension questions will be sure to find some value in the form of this free downloadable Skylanders printable homework packet.
